Mastek shares declined 2 per cent on Wednesday following the company’s Q1FY27 results.The stock ended 1.79 per cent lower at ₹1,715.40, hitting a low of ₹1,669, compared with the previous close of ₹1,746.60.Mastek’s consolidated PAT for the quarter ended June 2026 increased 15 per cent y-o-y to ₹105.88 crore, compared with ₹92.05 crore in the same quarter last year.Revenue from operations increased 7.7 per cent to ₹985.25 crore in the quarter under review from ₹914.70 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.On a standalone basis, PAT fell 50.3 per cent to ₹20.80 crore in Q1FY27, compared with ₹41.89 crore in Q1FY26.Mastek CFO Deepak Kedia said the company’s Q1 performance demonstrated resilience, with 1.8 per cent constant currency revenue growth. He said EBITDA performance stood at 15.4 per cent, a sequential decline largely due to delayed collection in the Middle East.Kedia added that the company remains focused on operational efficiency, disciplined cost management and AI-led productivity. Its net cash and investment position improved by around ₹200 crore over the last two quarters, reaching ₹945 crore at the end of the quarter.“Overall, our long-term growth outlook remains positive, however, our Middle East business is seeing an impact due to geopolitical uncertainties,” Umang Nahata, CEO, Mastek, said.Published on July 22, 2026
