AdventHealth, Intermountain Health plan to form Denver-area joint venture

Nonprofit health systems AdventHealth and Intermountain Health announced plans Tuesday to bring Denver-area hospitals and ambulatory sites under a new, to-be-formed joint venture.  | The entity would comprise five AdventHealth hospitals, three Intermountain hospitals and their affiliated sites. It would be managed by AdventHealth, which is also expected to be the joint venture's majority owner.
