July 21 (UPI) -- 20th Century Studios announced Tuesday that The Devil Wears Prada 2 will stream on both Disney+ and Hulu. The film lands on the services Tuesday, July 29.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 opened May 1 in theaters. Picking up 20 years later, Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) loses her journalism job due to media layoffs.
She agrees to return to work for Runway Magazine to help rehabilitate it after a scandal. Editor-in-Chief Miranda Priestly acerbically resists her contributions.
Nigel (Stanley Tucci) remains Runway's art director. Emily (Emily Blunt) is now a Dior executive.
