Google experienced a cloud outage after a power and cooling issue at one of its data centers in the Netherlands.
According to an incident report from the company, its Europe-West4 availability zone was impacted for a total of 14 hours and 55 minutes starting on July 15 at 16:39 PST.
Services impacted include Google Cloud VMware Engine, Bare Metal Solution, and Google Cloud NetApp Volumes, all of which were resolved by 16 July 07:34 PST.
The incident report states that the issues were related to a "loss of utility power and subsequent cooling capacity."
