Lino Cayetano may testify on Taguig ‘ghost projects’ – Lacson

Former Taguig Congressman and now PTV4 General Manager Lino Cayetano

MANILA, Philippines – Former congressman Lino Cayetano, the brother of Sens. Alan and Pia Cayetano, has volunteered to provide information on alleged ghost projects in Taguig, Sen. Panfilo Lacson said Monday.

Lacson made the disclosure as he revealed that his office has been looking into what he described as “defective projects” in Taguig involving firms owned by the Discayas during the time Sen. Alan Cayetano served as House Speaker.
