Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of Employ Partners Incorporated to AnDek Holdings. The acquisition closed June 29, 2026.

Employ Partners will join AnDek Holdings, a Cartersville, Georgia-based staffing organization led by Raymond Clawson.
