It's easy to judge people from a distance.
We see someone's decisions, behaviour, or beliefs and quickly form opinions about who they are.
Yet the more we learn about human nature, the clearer it becomes that every person carries experiences, struggles, fears, and motivations that aren't immediately visible.
Becoming less judgmental doesn't mean abandoning values or accepting every action as right.
Rather, it means developing the ability to understand complexity, consider different perspectives, and approach others with curiosity instead of assumptions.
