Realty major Sobha has posted a growth in its Q1 FY27 net profit, up by 274 per cent to ₹51 crore.Revenue from operations was also up by 48 per cent to ₹1,330 crore, while sales booking stood at ₹3,656 crore.During the quarter, the company sold 2.34 mn sq ft, while the average realisation was at ₹15,655 per sq ft.Commenting on the results, Jagadish Nangineni, Managing Director, SOBHA Limited, said, “Achieving our highest-ever quarterly sales - driven by successful new project launches in Bangalore and Gurgaon - is a significant milestone for SOBHA.
