July 20 (UPI) -- Two women broke three world records during the 66th annual Lumberjack World Championships in Wisconsin.
Czech competitor Karolina Urbanova broke a record Saturday during the Women's Underhand Chop event at the championships in Hayward.
Urbanova cut through 11 inches of white pine in 21.28 seconds to win the event and break the record.
She broke a second record in the Woman's Standing Chop, cutting through an 11-inch log in 19.38 seconds.
Meredith Ingbertson, a hometown competitor from Hayward, also broke a record Saturday in the Women's Boom run event by sprinting across a boom floating over the water and back in 13.78 seconds.
