Andy Burnham becomes Britain’s new prime minister as Starmer resigns, in photos

LONDON (AP) — Andy Burnham became Britain’s seventh prime minister in a decade after Keir Starmer resigned. Burnham, the former mayor of Greater Manchester, delivered his first speech outside 10 Downing St. after taking office.
