One man has been taken to hospital to be checked over, however there were no reports of serious injuries according to police.‌Wellesbourne Primary School confirmed two parents were involved in the incident. A spokesperson said: “We can confirm that there was an incident this morning involving two sets of parents which was witnessed by a small number of pupils.“Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by the school. We expect all members of our wider community to act with respect and consideration.‌“The incident was dealt with promptly by school staff and the police, and we will continue to work closely with the relevant authorities to address the matter appropriately.”Two police cars were parked up outside the school and another was parked nearby this morning, Liverpool Echo reports. Officers were spotted leaving the school just before 11.30am.People who live on Abbotsford Road said police descended on the area at around 9am and cordoned off part of the road at the junction with Fairmead Road.Article continues belowOne woman said: “I heard shouting and screaming but didn’t see what happened. I thought it was something to do with the school. I went to take my dog out and there were police everywhere, an ambulance was there too.”Another woman said: “I didn’t see exactly what happened but it was chaos. There were loads of police, shouting and screaming. This was at about 8.30am.”A third woman said: “I saw police cars going towards (Fairmead Road). I have no idea what happened.
