Key Efficacy Outcomes Through Two Years The Phase 2b study evaluated a single intravitreal dose of 4D-150 across two dosage levels, 3E10 vg/eye and 1E10 vg/eye, enrolling 45 total patients.
The 3E10 vg/eye level was selected as the designated dose for the upcoming 4FRONT Phase 3 trials.
Within the broad study group, 30 patients received the 3E10 vg/eye dose, while 15 received the lower dose.
