Citizens Financial Corp. Reports 40% Increase in Year-To-Date Earnings to $7.0 Million - Increases Annual Dividend by 14%

(Citizens) (OTCID: CIWV), the parent company of Citizens Bank of West Virginia, Inc. announced that, for the three months ended June 30, 2026, Citizens had consolidated net income of $3,515,000, or $1.95 per common share and $2.05 per class A common share, for an increase of $958,000, or 37.5%, from $2,557,000, or $1.43 per common share and $1.50 per class A common share, for the three months ended June 30, 2025.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Citizens had consolidated net income of $7,024,000, or $3.90 per common share and $4.10 per class A common share, for an increase of $2,022,000, or 40.4%, from $5,002,000, or $2.79 per common share and $2.93 per class A common share, for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Citizens Financial Corp., the bank holding company of Citizens Bank of West Virginia, declared their quarterly dividend at their July Board meeting of $0.30 per common share, an 11% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend of $0.27, and a 20% increase over last year’s second quarter dividend of $0.25. The dividend was declared for shareholders of record on July 18, 2026, and is payable on July 29, 2026.
