Littlejohn & Co., LLC (“Littlejohn”), a private investment firm, today announced the promotion of Brian Michaud to Managing Partner. Mr. Michaud, together with Managing Partners Antonio (Tony) Miranda and Steven Raich, and Chief Operating Officer, Shant Mardirossian, will be responsible for the management of the firm.
