Oberoi Realty registered 29.3 per cent year on year growth in consolidated net profit in first quarter FY 27 to ₹544.71 crore on back of 26.7 per cent revenue growth.
During same period last year net profit stood at ₹421 crore.
Revenue in Q1 FY27 came stood at ₹1361.69 crore as against ₹1073.98 crore in same period last year. Earning before interest tax depreciation and amortisation rose 31 per cent to ₹794.94 crore.
The company chairman Vikas Oberoi said residential, commercial, retail and hospitality business continue to perform steadily reflecting strength of its diversified portfolio.
