In our How I Manage My Money series we aim to find out how people in the UK are spending, saving and investing money to meet their costs and achieve their goals.

This week we speak to Bryony Clarke, 27, who lives in Leicester, with her boyfriend, Charlie, 27, and their cat, Mylo. Bryony wants to retire in her 50s and has taken out a 40-year mortgage. She is not convinced the state pension will exist when she retires.
