U.S. forces said Sunday they found the remains of an unidentified service member near the Jordan air base where two American troops were killed in an Iranian missile attack.

The big picture: The disclosures bring the number of U.S. service members killed in the conflict to 18, as U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) also revealed an American service member was killed Saturday in northern Iraq during a controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance from a downed Iranian one-way attack drone.
