Laura also shared a series of photos of Leo enjoying herself after joking that the “baby doesn’t know how lucky he is” last week after he attended the Spain vs France World Cup match.‌Adam, 30, and Laura, 38, went public with their relationship after they started dating in October 2023. By September the following year, the two announced they were engaged after Adam popped the question in an idyllic proposal in St Ives, Cornwall.Laura opened up on the pain of suffering a miscarriage at 11 weeks before she fell pregnant with Leo, and revealed just how much comfort her son had brought her.‌In a social media post, the sports presenter opened up on the “confusing” feelings of grief for the baby lost and how much Leo has helped her find peace.‌“Sometimes I look at Leo, and I think of the baby we’ll never meet, while also knowing we wouldn’t have Leo without it happening,” she wrote.“It’s a very confusing feeling. When it happened a wonderful nurse in the hospital said to me - this little one wasn’t meant for this world, so this process is its way of keeping you safe.“And that really did fill me with a lot of comfort. So I thought I’d share that in case there’s anyone reading this that has been affected by miscarriage too. Lots of love.”‌Appearing on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2025, Adam opened up about his own experience with the loss of their baby, admitting he blamed himself at the time, believing it to be retribution for his behaviour on reality TV.“I know it’s a terrible way to look at it, but I felt like it was bad karma for me being on dating shows and upsetting too many people,” he said.“I felt like this was some higher power’s way of being like, ‘Well there you go, that’s what you have to carry.’ I was just a cocky little p***k, being a love rat, jumping from girl to girl.
