Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay has congratulated artistes from the Tamil film industry for winning 10 National Film Awards across various categories. The winners of the 72nd National Film Awards, recognising films released in 2024, were announced on Saturday, with artistes from the Tamil film industry winning 10 awards across various categories. In a statement, Mr. Vijay congratulated the award winners and said it was a proud moment for Tamil Nadu. He also wished the Tamil film industry many more such national honours in the future.
