The MetLife Stadium in New Jersey will host the final on Sunday evening, where Spain and Argentina will go head-to-head for the honour of being crowned world champions.‌Trump is expected to be in attendance for the match, having not previously attended a single game throughout the tournament so far. The US President is expected to hand over the trophy to the winning team on Sunday night.‌Spain won the World Cup in 2010 and are bidding to win the tournament for the second time on Sunday, but Iglesias has opened up on the mixed emotions he’s feeling about the prospect of meeting Trump.‌"There's a protocol and a commitment to fulfill out of politeness, even though what my gut tells me to do differs from what I should do," he said."I like people who fight for progress and for fundamental values to be upheld, and I think Trump struggles with that."The striker has now provided additional insight into that potential meeting, but admitted he will shake hands with the President.‌"I don't want to go to prison,” Iglesias told Spanish press. "I hope to greet him at a time when we are all very happy, and that it passes very quickly and I can forget about it."I don't think this is the time to create controversy.
