Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) have disabled three of the five ferries that serviced the Kerch ferry crossing, reducing its operational capacity by 75% during Operation MoLoCHKa, conducted between July 6 and July 19.
According to Ukrinform, USF Commander Robert "Madyar" Brovdi reported this on Facebook.
Brovdi said that before the operation, freight and vehicle traffic across the Kerch Strait had been handled by four ferries operating between the Port of Kavkaz and the Port of Crimea, while a fifth vessel had been stationed at the Port of Kerch. The vessels were Lavrentiy, Panagia, Yeisk, Maria, and SKS-One.
According to Brovdi, the USF, working in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), significantly disrupted the ferry operation over the course of two weeks.
