Russian forces attacked a suburb of Kharkiv, killing three people and injuring 13 others, according to preliminary information.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy attacked a suburb of Kharkiv. According to preliminary information, three people were killed and another 13 were injured as a result of the enemy strikes," the statement said.

Syniehubov added that all emergency services are operating in an enhanced mode.
