Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have been arrested in the United States after British authorities announced further sexual offence charges against them.
The pair were detained by the US Marshals service in Miami on Saturday outside the James L. Knight Center where Andrew was due to host a bare-knuckle boxing match, according to reports.
It follows a decision by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to authorise a further 38 charges against the Tate brothers including rape and trafficking for sexual exploitation.
The investigation is being led by Bedfordshire Police and the CPS said the new charges relate to four additional alleged victims.
Social media influencer Andrew Tate, 39, is charged with seven further counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 19 additional charges for offences relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.
