A nighttime drone attack in Russia's Moscow region sparked fires at an oil depot in Noginsk and at a Wildberries logistics center in Elektrostal.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Telegram channel Astra.
On the morning of July 18, eyewitnesses published videos showing explosions and large fires in the Moscow region.
OSINT analysts identified the burning facility as the Noginsk Oil Depot.
The Noginsk oil depot describes itself as an independent fuel market operator. It is used for the storage, transshipment, loading, and distribution of refined petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel fuel. The facility has 24 storage tanks with a combined capacity of 11,500 cubic meters.
