The Springboks secured a convincing 43-0 victory over Wales at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium in Durban on Saturday, overcoming a scrappy performance marked by numerous handling errors caused by a slippery ball.

It was success in Durban for the Springboks with the crushing 43-0 win over Wales on Saturday.

The Springboks raced into an early 14-0 lead with two tries inside the opening 14 minutes but struggled to capitalise on their dominance for much of the first half.

Number eight Jasper Wiese opened the scoring after a powerful angled run, with debutant Vusi Moyo adding the conversion to give South Africa a 7-0 advantage after five minutes.

The hosts doubled their lead when scrumhalf Cobus Reinach, earning his 52nd Test cap, darted around a dominant Springbok scrum to score his 20th Test try. Moyo maintained his perfect kicking record to make it 14-0.
