President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the destruction of two major Russian logistics facilities—in the Moscow and Tambov regions, located more than 500 and about 700 kilometers from the front line, respectively.
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky announced this on Facebook and posted a video.
“Today, our long-range strikes hit targets in three areas on Russian territory, as well as on our temporarily occupied land and at sea. In particular, in response to Russian strikes on our civilian infrastructure, our cities, and communities, two major logistics facilities were struck—in the Moscow and Tambov regions, more than 500 and about 700 kilometers from the front line,” Zelensky noted.
According to him, these facilities were being used by the aggressor to supply sanctioned components for the production of drones and navigation equipment.
Zelensky reported that an oil facility had also been struck. In addition, Ukrainian medium-range strikes targeted locations in the waters of the Sea of Azov, the Black Sea, and in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
