The makers of Varanasirevealed two looks of Priyanka Chopra Jonas from the highly anticipated movie. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the pan-Indian film stars Mahesh Babu in the lead.On the occasion of Priyanka’s birthday, Rajamouli took to social media to reveal a glimpse of the actor, who essays the character Mandakini. “Grace when she smiles, fire when she doesn’t,” wrote the director, while sharing two stills of Priyanka from the movie.In one poster, the actor is seen in an intense avatar. Sporting a black outfit, Priyanka appears stylish. In another poster, the actor is seen as a joyful individual, against an epic backdrop of misty blue-grey mountains. Giraffes and zebras are also seen in the background. The actor is jumping with joy, with arms stretched wide.Varanasi, produced by SS Durga Arts and Showing Business, is set to hit the screens on April 07, 2027. Prithviraj Sukumaran essays the role of the antagonist in the movie.
