The High Court in Nairobi has ordered the Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Renson Ingonga, to probe the 2024 Maai Mahiu mudslide within 30 days and prosecute anyone who is found culpable of manslaughter.
