President Volodymyr Zelensky held meetings with the commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the "East" Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andrii Biletskyi, and Serhii Beskrestnov "Flash".
The head of state stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"A report from Andrii Biletskyi, Commander of the Third Army Corps of the Operational Command East of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. (...) We discussed the situation at the front in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, Russia's possible next steps, and our tasks in defending the country. The key point is that Ukraine's frontline positions must be as strong as necessary to defend our country's independence and national interests in the world and in diplomatic efforts. The front line is the foundation. Special attention was given to the supply of our units. Andrii, thank you!" Zelensky said.
The President also said that during his meeting with Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, he discussed the current technological aspects of Ukraine's defense.
