Last week, news reports indicated that HHS will propose a COVID-19 countermeasures injury table: a list of conditions presumed to result from COVID vaccines and other countermeasures, so those who suffer them can be compensated. It extends a project that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has pursued since taking office: expanding the machinery of vaccine injury compensation.
