Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy attack on Odesa took the life of a man," Lysak said.

He noted that the aggressor state continues to terrorize civilians.

As Ukrinform reported, on July 16 the Russians attacked Odesa with missiles. As a result of the attack, two people were killed and 10 were injured, including children.
