Delta Electronics India, led by Benjamin Lin, President, and Niranjan Nayak, Managing Director, met with Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu C Joseph Vijay on Friday, the company said in a statement.Delta already operates a large manufacturing facility in Krishnagiri, within which an expansion is proposed as part of its ongoing presence in the region.Delta requested to collaborate with the Government of Tamil Nadu across Energy Infrastructure & Energy Storage, AI Data Centre Infrastructure, and Smart Manufacturing & Industrial Automation, and thanked the state government for its long-standing and continued support.The Chief Minister is also said to have assured continued support under the new government.The company has proposed the establishment of a greenfield testing and validation setup in its existing facility named ARIVAM. ARIVAM stands for AI Data Center, Renewables, Integrated Micro Grid Solutions, Validated Engineering and Management Center.
