At least 1 vessel attacked at Strait of Hormuz, British military says

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations Centre, a monitoring agency run by the British military, said late Sunday it received a report that a vessel was on fire close to Oman's coast.UKMTO later classified the incident as an attack, saying the vessel had been hit by an unknown projectile. The crew abandoned the vessel and was picked up by a tug boat, and the fire continued to burn and the vessel was adrift, UKMTO said.Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Monday that a second oil tanker had been struck and immobilized at the Strait of Hormuz, the Reuters news agency reported, adding that it couldn't immediately verify that claim.
