I’m pretty sure we’ve all reached a point where anything involving rent, property or real estate in Cape Town makes us naar.
Another Sea Point property has been sold for a price that has the comment section and, quite frankly, the rest of us scratching our heads.
Now, before anyone comes for me, I’m not here to judge someone’s home choices. If you love minimalist interiors, grey walls and a space that looks like it was designed by someone who was afraid of adding a splash of colour, then live your best life.
But R9 million? Nine million rand? For this? The property was described as a “4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home”, and the listing celebrated the sale, saying: “A great result and another happy chapter starting for the new owners.”
