Following Vivienne and Knox's 18th birthday over the weekend, Jolie is reportedly planning to move out of LA.The actress shares her children with ex-husband Brad Pitt. The pair have six children together, the youngest being their twins, who not only graduated from high school earlier this month, but turned 18 on 12 July.With all her children now legal adults, 51-year-old Angelina is thought to be "ready" to "experience the world" and move on from California, where she raised them.A source told People that she had "been talking about leaving Los Angeles for years" and wants her children to travel the world. As such: "She's excited that they can all do more of that together now."Alongside her twins, Jolie's children are Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, and Shiloh, 20. Most of the children have dropped Pitt from their name following the couple's contentious break-up in 2016. Zahara and Maddox were the most recent to drop the surname, publishing notices in the Los Angeles Daily Journal.Jolie and Pitt had been together for 12 years but were only married for two before their split. Throughout there bitter divorce, there were custody battles and court fights over assets. But the source told People that since the divorce had been finalised, Jolie was "happy to have more freedom and flexibility in her life", though they emphasised that her children have "always been her priority".Jolie's desire to leave Los Angeles has been mentioned before. Last year, she made it clear that she was only in LA until her children turned 18. Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, she said she remained in the city "because I have to be here" but "as soon as they're 18, I'll be able to leave"."when you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, safety," she added. "I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be...that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here."At the time, she suggested that she would want to move to Cambodia or "spend time visiting my family members, wherever they may be in the world".Just a few months ago, Jolie put her California home up for sale, listing the compound at just under $30million. The property was once owned by legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille and covers 2.1 acres of land.
