MaWhoo and Babalwa M have officially been confirmed as features on Tyla's highly anticipated album 'A*POP'.
Just when fans thought they had seen everything “A*POP” had to offer before its release, Tyla pulled off another surprise.
A day after unveiling the official 14-track line-up for her highly anticipated sophomore album, the Grammy-winning singer has now revealed the featured artists, with MaWhoo and Babalwa M joining the project alongside previously announced collaborator Zara Larsson.
For many, the two names came as a surprise, but it’s not all too shocking. When you think of MaWhoo and Babalwa M, you think of artists who have built their careers around some of South Africa’s biggest sounds.
From amapiano and gqom to 3-Step, both have become known for their unmistakable vocals, rich textures and chart-topping collaborations.
