A DURBAN mother has shared her frustrating three-week journey to secure a passport for her seven-month-old, Pakistani-born daughter after allegedly being given the “run-around” at a home affairs branch.
Rizwana Rishad Sher, recently took to TikTok to share her challenges to apply for a passport - for her daughter, Sehrish, who was born in Pakistan and has dual-citizenship.
Sher, a South African citizen, said she married Malik Omar Sher, a Pakistani national, and had been living in Pakistan.
However, she returned to South Africa in March this year.
