Twelve Covid-19 cases have been registered in Andhra Pradesh from June 26 to July 16, 2026, the State Health Department said on Thursday.Out of the 12 patients who tested positive for the coronavirus, four patients succumbed, though they were suffering from various chronic ailments, the department said in an update.There was no need for panic as the cases were scattered in four districts and there was no en masse contagion, the department said.Across the country, 339 Covid 19 cases were registered from July 1, including 115 in Kerala, 64 in Karnataka, 43 in Maharashtra, 39 in Tamil Nadu, and 18 in Delhi, the update said.Published on July 17, 2026
