The candidate of the National Democratic Congress for Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency of Cross River State, Obah Tawo, has donated party secretariats and rolled out empowerment schemes for 100 farmers and youths in the area ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The donations were made on Thursday during separate events in Obubra and Etung local government areas.
The events were attended by party leaders, women’s groups and youths in several communities of the constituency.
Speaking during the presentation, Tawo said the gesture was part of his commitment to strengthen party structures and improve the livelihood of constituents.
