Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has conceded defeat on behalf of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate following the high-stakes Ol Kalou constituency by-election.
Commenting on the results on his social media pages, Kindiki remained defiant, hinting that the competition is far from over.
"Mbeere North: 1 Ol Kalou: 1. Final Match 10 Aug' 2027," Kindiki noted.
The Deputy President referenced the Mbeere North parliamentary by-election, where UDA's Leo Wamuthende emerged victorious, a race in which he had actively campaigned for the ruling party on his home turf.
