LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY, Philippines — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bicol arrested three alleged drug personalities and recovered P3.74 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Pili town in Camarines Sur on Wednesday.
The PDEA Bicol said in a report that the suspects identified as “Franz,” a security guard and his two cohorts “Chard,” “Lito,” sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay (village) Palestina at around 11:48 a.m.
