Silks Hotel to accelerate expansion of its Just Sleep - Taipei Times

Taiwan’s Silks Hotel Group (晶華國際酒店集團) yesterday said it is accelerating the expansion of its design hotel brand Just Sleep (捷絲旅) after the robust performance of its newest property.Just Sleep Taipei Zhongshan, which opened in the middle of last month with an average daily room rate of NT$2,500 (US$77.52), achieved an occupancy rate of 82 percent in its first month of operations.The property turned profitable within its first month, the group said at a news conference in Taipei.
