Greece international Christos Tzolis is set to join reigning English Premier League champions Arsenal after the London club reached an agreement with Club Brugge for the transfer of the left winger, reportedly worth around €40 million, which is a Belgian Pro League record.

Arsenal had been looking to strengthen on the left flank following Leandro Trossard’s recent departure for Turkish club Besiktas.

The 24-year-old Tzolis enjoyed an impressive campaign last season with Club Brugge, scoring 22 goals and providing 29 assists across competitions.

The move marks a return to England for Tzolis, who previously spent three years with Norwich City from 2021 to 2024 after joining from Thessaloniki club PAOK.

Tzolis has earned 34 caps for the Greek national team and has established himself as one of Greece’s leading attacking players.
