Benn also has access to elite treadmills, plyo boxes, and functional training equipment designed to improve his speed, endurance, and ring movement.Under strength coach Dan Lawrence, Benn follows advanced training methods used by elite athletes. His workouts also focus on functional core training. His lower-leg conditioning is another important part of the program. The exercises are designed to make him quicker on his feet. Benn’s facility includes a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber that delivers high-pressure oxygen to help speed up muscle repair. Blood Flow Restriction compression equipment forms another part of his recovery routine, helping improve circulation and support better recovery between workouts. The gym reveal comes as Benn enters the final stages of preparation for his September 12 title fight against Garcia. The pair have exchanged several verbal jabs on social media in recent months. Garcia recently suggested that Benn lacked the ability to beat him and claimed the British fighter had taken on a challenge beyond his level. Benn responded by reminding the American that he had already quit once in his career and insisted he would force him to do the same again when they meet in the ring.
