Salesforce, the global agentic CRM software company, has introduced the SMB Growth Kit in India as it brings a curated technology platform for the small and medium businesses with the aim to accelerate their growth trajectory.

The SMB Growth Kit will include the software platforms of Agentforce Sales, Slack and Tableau.

In an interaction with EnterpriseStory, Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director, Salesforce India, said, “We are bringing whatever is needed for the SMBs be it from the perspective of sales, business efficiency or scale.”

According to Chowhan, the big challenge SMBs face as they grow is the increased complexity in the organisation leading to a fragmented environment in terms of data, revenue pipeline, inefficiencies in collaboration etc.

Salesforce believes the new kit will help SMBs to replace their disconnected tools and apps and bring everything together onto a single platform providing them higher visibility and improved collaboration thereby supporting their business growth.
