Three elderly women were killed after Russian forces attacked civilians with an FPV drone in the Kindrashivka community of the Kharkiv region.
According to Ukrinform, Andrii Kanashevych, head of the Kupiansk District Military Administration, announced the attack on Facebook.
"On July 16 at 05:50, in the village of Hrushivka, Kindrashivka community, three women aged 97, 83, and 72 were killed as a result of an enemy FPV drone strike. Further details are being clarified," the statement said.
In a separate attack at around 09:00, Russian forces struck a gas station in the village of Ohurtsivka, Shevchenkove community, with an FPV drone. No casualties were reported.
