Kabelo Mabalane says the timing is finally right for his music comeback.
Some may know him as Pastor Kabelo Mabalane; others may remember him as Bouga 2 Shoes or Bouga Luv. However you remember him, the son of the King and kwaito legend is heading back into the studio with new music after spending 11 years away from the industry.
The “Pantsula 4 Life” hitmaker took to Instagram to share the news, posting a video of himself in studio sessions with artists including Khaya Mthethwa and JazziQ.
The clip also shows an orchestra and gospel singers, hinting at a sound that blends different musical influences.
As Mabalane narrated the video, he explained that although his focus had been on spreading the Word of God over the years, the music never disappeared.
