On the morning of July 16, the Russian military struck a civilian enterprise near Kharkiv, injuring four passengers aboard a minibus that was passing the area during the attack.

According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported the incident on Facebook.

"According to the investigation, at approximately 06:40 on July 16, Russian forces launched what is preliminarily believed to have been a Geran drone strike on the settlement of Vysokyi in the Kharkiv district. The strike hit the premises of a civilian enterprise. At the moment of the attack, a minibus was passing the impact site and was damaged by shrapnel," the statement said.

According to the prosecutor's office, four passengers were injured, while the driver suffered an acute stress reaction.
