MANILA, Philippines — New acting Health Secretary Dr. Jose “Brix” Pujalte Jr. has ordered a leadership realignment within the agency.
He said this is meant to put in place continuous delivery of health services nationwide while the department transitions under a new head.
According to the Department of Health (DOH) on Wednesday, the move is in line with the Department Personnel Order No. 2026-4726 where officials were given interim assignments for the continuation of its normal operations.
