The company will sell 6,027,399 common shares at $18.25 each and pre-funded warrants to purchase 4,931,506 shares at $18.2499 per warrant.
Each pre-funded warrant has an exercise price of $0.0001 per share.
Q32 Bio also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,643,835 additional shares at the offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
